Teen Nights

Come have fun, dance, and learn basic life skills in a safe, supportive environment! DSABV Teen Nights provide teens with Down syndrome an opportunity to connect with peers, gain confidence, and practice independence through interactive activities.
Dance and movement activities
Life skills workshops (communication, teamwork, daily routines)
Socialization with peers in a safe, structured environment
Opportunities for mentorship and leadership development

Adult Nights
